Martesha Brown
Martesha Brown is a Rockford native and MBA Graduate of Rockford University, with a passion for economic development, strategic planning, marketing, and community engagement. She is currently the Community Development Relationship Manager for Midland States Bank, with previous leadership roles in economic development, public relations, marketing, and operations for the RACVB, Rockford Park District, and Alpine Bank.
Francisca French
Francisca is an Economic Development Coordinator, coaching with Think Big! She helps small business owners develop plans and navigate various resources to help them achieve success. Francisca has a background in marketing strategy, domestic and international product launches, and CRM marketing analytics.
Khay Horton
Khaneidra “Khay” Horton was born and raised in Rockford, IL. She is currently Vice President, Special Assets Manager at U.S. Bank and was previously a Mission Integration Program Manager at Goodwill Industries of Northern Illinois and Director of Operations at Hill and Hill Enterprises Inc.
