Sheila has made it her personal mission to teach others to live their lives with purpose.  It is her goal to lead men and women in removing the barriers to success and to break the cycle of redundant behaviors that keep them from achieving their purpose. 

Sheila knows all about being the ultimate woman and doesn't mind sharing the secrets of her success with other women. The multi-faceted entrepreneur, certified life coach and international speaker has an energetic personality, and her messages are both very candid and open. Sheila has made it her personal mission to teach others to live their lives with purpose. Sheila is often called on to speak on topics such as Leadership, Personal Development, Entrepreneurship, Money Management, and Lifestyle Strategies for women ie. helping women clarify their leadership “style” so that they can articulate who they are, what they stand for, and where they’re going in a way that motivates others to come along.

As a highly skilled professional and businesswoman with over 25+ years of experience, Sheila knows what it takes to start and build a business from the ground up. She earned her Master of Science in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University, Milwaukee WI. She was previously an Adjunct Professor at Judson University and a Business Consultant for the Rock Valley College Small Business Development Center.

Sheila has been married to the love of her life, Pastor Recee Hill, for 27 years. They started their own corporation Hill and Hill Enterprises and are now Senior Pastors of The Park Church. The duo has a passion for helping individuals identify their purpose and seeing their lives transformed. As Pastors, they are committed to sharing God’s love, serving the community, and training leaders.
